first entry since sleep
So after a Ambien I was not able to take my rest, so I went on to take half a Xanax, a half of a Vicodin and another half of an Ambien. Sheesh. I finally got to sleep around 03:45. So much for jump-starting a better sleep schedule. I kept bumping my sleep watch ahead to accommodate my insomnia and in the morning I ended up waking earlier than when I set it. Here are my times:

Before the Ambien kicks in
It is now 00:30 and it has been about 15 minutes since I took the Ambien 10. I should be getting woozie very soon. Today I had a solid workout at the gym and ate very healthily for a change in an attempt to start laying the groundwork for generally healthy habits. I do feel a mite peckish, but I think I will have some SuperGreens power in water to tide me over for the night. I am hoping that this foundation will help me have better sleep tonight. I have set the watch for me to start monitoring at 00:45, have me wake up at 09:00 at the latest, with a 30 minute window. See you in the morning!
